The party is at Lanes in Lymington, where it has been for the past 3 years and it is always a great night, we have the whole restaurant to ourselves as well as amazing food and a cheesey disco! It is on Saturday 18th December at 7:30pm and it is £26.50 pp (Money in no later than 26th November).
The menu is below please let Laura Viner have your choices ASAP and leave the money behind the bar with Mike Leyland-Jones (Bar Manager), in a envelope on the notice board or if you want to BACs the money, please speak to Laura Viner to arrange.
Christmas Party Night Menu
‘Lanes’ Hors d'oeuvre
Salmon and lobster terrine, atlantic prawn and sweet chilli tian, smoked salmon,
quails egg with an avocado cheesecake sauce
Warm Spiced Chicken Salad
Rustic salad, with spiced chicken fillets, croutons and lightly curried cucumber and mint greek yoghurt
Potato and Leek Soup
Finished with cream

Fillet of Sole with Asparagus and Tiger Prawn Mousse
White wine and watercress sauce
Traditional Roast Turkey
Chestnut stuffing, bacon rolls, roast parsnip, white wine jus
Lamb Cutlet and Confit Shoulder
On a leek mash, glazed carrot, rosemary and redcurrant sauce
Vegetable Tartlet
Layered with provence vegetables, onions, tomato, mozzarella cheese, gratinated with a parmesan crumb, basil cream sauce
All served with Selection of vegetables and roast potatoes
