    November Update

The New Coastal Four should be here in mid December.  If you have any sugestions for the name, please let me know.  The launch is planned for Sunday 2nd January, to be confirmed.

The Quiz nights will start again on Friday 12th November.  Starting at 8pm.

The Christmas Party is at Lanes Restaurant on Saturday 18th December.  The cost is £26.50 for a 3 course meal.  Names up and money to Laura by 26th November please.  This has sold out for the last 3 years, so act now.

The Club regatta was a great success with a record 9 crews competing and a good party afterward.

There may be a sponsored Row the length of the Thames next year to raise money for the new club house.  The distance is approximately 185 miles, depending upon the start & finish points, expected to take about 4-5 days.

Sunday morning rowing is now very popular, mainly for new rowers.  More experienced rowers are requested to help out.
