The party is at Lanes in Lymington, where it has been for the past few years and it is always a great night, we have the whole restaurant to ourselves as well as amazing food and a cheesey disco! It is on Friday 23rd December at 7:30pm and it is £26.50 pp (Money in no later than 26th November).
The menu is below please let Laura Viner have your choices ASAP and leave the money behind the bar with Mike Leyland-Jones (Bar Manager), in a envelope on the notice board or if you want to BACs the money, please speak to Laura Viner to arrange.
Christmas Party Night Menu
Salmon and Prawn Tian
With smoked salmon and quail egg, cherry tomato, cucumber, lemon and chive crème fraiche
Chicken and Leek Pithivier
Cooked in a rich cheese sauce baked in puff pastry with a mushroom fricassee and a madeira sauce
Tomato and Basil Soup
Finished with cream

White wine and tomato cream sauce
Traditional Roast Turkey
Chestnut stuffing, bacon rolls, roast parsnip, white wine jus
Stuffed Duck Breast and Confit leg
Duck breast stuffed with an apricot farce, shredded confit duck leg, cider cream sauce
Fillet of Pork Wrapped in Bacon
Ratatouille of vegetables and red wine and shallot jus
All served with a selection of vegetables and roast potatoes
